Kayle Browning, Founder + CEO
Cypress Creek Shooting Lodge
Kayle is the founder and CEO of Cypress Creek Shooting Lodge, a premier destination for hunting and shooting enthusiasts. Born and raised in a family of competitive shooters, Kayle has always been passionate about the sport and the thrill of the game. Her early experiences competitve shooting with her father sparked her love for the sport and inspired her to pursue a career in the industry. Since starting at the age of 8, she has since went on to set national titles, world records and most recently became an Olympic Silver Medalist in the 2020 Olympic Games. Under Kayle's leadership, Cypress Creek Shooting Lodge has grown into one of the most respected and sought-after lodges in the country. With a state-of-the-art shooting range, luxury cabins for overnight stays and access to some of the best training grounds in the region, the lodge has earned a reputation for providing an unforgettable experience for guests.
Aidan Conley
CFO + AVIATION DIRECTOR
Aidan is the Chief Financial Officer and Aviation Director of Cypress Creek Shooting Lodge. With years of experience in business aviation, Aidan brings a unique set of skills and expertise to his dual role. As CFO, Aidan is responsible for managing the lodge's finances and ensuring that the lodge is profitable, sustainable, and trending upward. He works closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the lodge's growth and development.
In his role as Aviation Director, Aidan oversees all aspects of the lodge's aviation operations, including management of the lodge's growing fleet of aircraft, and the scheduling of flights brokering of charters for guests. He is an experienced aviator himself, with thousands of hours of flight time, dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of all lodge guests who travel by air.
Aidan is known for his eager pursuit of learning. When he's not at the lodge, Aidan enjoys spending time with his family and instructing upcoming student pilots and aircraft owners.

Chris Mitchell
SHOOTING INSTRUCTOR
Chris has a background in ATA, International Bunker Trap, and Sporting Clays. He has been coached by Olympic Silver Medalist, Kayle Browning for over 3 years and is now joining the Cypress Creek team as a certified shooting instructor!
Chris is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys working with people of all ages and skill levels to help them improve their shooting skills as well as achieve their shooting goals. Chris does all of our introductory and mid level instructing.

Kimberley Bowers
Director of OPERATIONS + Shooting instructor
Kimberley is the Director of Operations at Cypress Creek Shooting Lodge, where she oversees all aspects of the lodge's daily operations. With years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kimberley is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her role.
In her role as Director of Operations, Kimberley is responsible for managing all lodge staff, coordinating activities and events, and ensuring that the lodge's facilities are maintained to the highest standards. She works closely with the lodge's staff to ensure that guests have access to the best hunting and shooting opportunities, and she is always looking for ways to improve and enhance the guest experience.
Kimberley is known for her attention to detail, her strong leadership skills, and her commitment to delivering exceptional service. She is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, and hunting in her spare time.
