Yes of course, you can take a one-on-one lesson and see progress. However, those get expensive and it's often hard to make the time to get down to the club for a lesson. Outside of those reasons though, the biggest benefit of a personalized training plan over doing lessons is accountability! With the training program, you will find you have a weekly accountability partner who is consistently keeping you in check. You will be responsible to fill out an analysis sheet, taking phone calls to check progress, and progress video calls. You will be given drills to complete each week as well as some workout programs.
