THE PROCESS
PHASE 1
GOAL ASSESSMENT
Once you have purchased your training plan, you will sit down with Kayle either in person or via zoom call and start to assess your goals. Every athlete is unique, with different strengths, weaknesses, and goals. It's important to create individualized training plans that take these factors into account as well as set realistic and attainable goals.
PHASE 2
PLAN OF ACTION
After properly assessing your goals, we move on to phase two. This is where Kayle will put your goals into a personalized training plan that gives you a new program each week. Each weekly program you receive will be a build on to what you worked on the previous week. Once a week you will have a quick check-in phone call with Kayle to make sure you are staying on track with your plan as well as an analysis sheet to turn in every week. Depending on which program you are in, you may also have a once a month video call to go over information that may need shared.
PHASE 3
SEE RESULTS
If you are following the training program correctly and keeping up with your progress, you are guaranteed to see results. The method that Kayle teaches is the same method that won her a Silver Medal in the 2020 Olympics. She has a 20 + year career of success and failure in shooting as well as coaching. Experience is the biggest key to learning and with a 20 + year career, and millions of rounds under her belt, Kayle will make sure you are happy with your results!
Why a training plan?
You may have had the thought "why would I need a training plan when I can just take one-on-one lessons?". That is a great question and I'm glad you asked! Yes of course, you can take a one-on-one lesson and see progress. However, those get expensive and it's often hard to make the time to get down to the club for a lesson. Outside of those reasons though, the biggest benefit of a personalized training plan over doing lessons is accountability! With the training program, you will find you have a weekly accountability partner who is consistently keeping you in check. You will be responsible to fill out an analysis sheet, taking phone calls to check progress, and progress video calls. You will be given drills to complete each week as well as some workout programs. An accountability partner in anything is what helps you stay motivated and on course. Get the best use out of your time and your money, guaranteed.
